In 2022, Guru announced his new role as the Director of the Music Technology, Entrepreneurship, & Production program at the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment at Long Island University. Passionate about sharing his knowledge and love for music and record-producing, Guru also serves as a mentor for the program. In addition to offering invaluable career guidance, in 2022 Guru offered a full-tuition scholarship to one promising prospective student of the program. Always eager to impart his wealth of expertise on the new generation, Guru has lectured at New York University’s Clive Davis Institute of Music, Emory University, and the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music.
